The May meeting of the North Dallas RC Club occurred on May 15, 2018 at the Frisco Public Library.
Club President Greg Pulcini called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM.
A motion was made, and seconded, to approve the April meeting minutes as published. Approval
passed unanimously, by voice vote.

We have received the AMA insurance and charter documents.

I (Billy Slater) presented the financial report from notes provided by Dave Cotton.
Slides were presented that:
Showed expense activity in the last month.
Table repairs, fertilizer and other field maintenance costs.
Insurance bond to protect against fraud cost.
Porta Potty and electrical expenses.
Overall balance of accounts.
Bth monthly bank statement.
Paypal monthly statement.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT – Bruce Lakatos:
Bruce reports 150 members as of this May meeting.
FIELD REPORT — Rodney Mcentire:
Not present. Other members report the field was mowed last Friday.

RAFFLE –Olga Lawson-Andrews :
The 2nd quarter prize, a small generator was awarded.
Three item were awarded in the May meeting raffle.
CD REPORTS and EVENTS:
The spring NDRCC Float Fly had 28 pilots and generated $329 in revenue. Thanks Josh. Also Bruce
We will hold a summer Float Fly July 28 at the Lake Dallas site.
Charles Shafer has gotten several sponsors to donate items for the War Birds event. Ziggy RC has
donated two ¼ scale Cubs. Other sponsors are being pursued.
Charles stated we have a good group of volunteers for War Birds.
A classified section has been added to the web site. Thanks Scott Hazard
A proposal was made to change the raffle ticket pricing to eliminate the $20 stretch and have fixed
ticket prices of 40 tickets – $20, 14 for $10 and 7 for $5. A discussion followed that centered on the
reason for the stretch was to encourage $20 sales. Consensus recommendation was to leave the stretch
