The October 2018 meeting of the North Dallas RC Club occurred on October 24, 2018 at the Frisco Public
Library. Club President Greg Pulcini called the meeting to order at 7 PM.
A motion was made, and seconded, to approve the September meeting minutes as published. Approval
passed unanimously, by voice vote.
VISITORS — None
PRESIDENT’S REPORT — Greg Pulcini:
Greg reminded all of the November 10th Warbird Fly In. All plane types are welcome lunch will be
furnished. Other club members with AMA will be welcome. There is no fee.
VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT — Patrick McNamara:
Patrick reminded all that it is time to renew your membership for 2019.
And that if you are interested in elected position please contact him. Candidates will be named at the
November meeting with voting taking place at the December meeting.
Patrick gave a description of the proposed replacement flight station fencing that Rodney Mcentire had
acquired bids. An alternate layout had been proposed. After discussion the consensus was to procede
with the layout that had been bid and procede.

All the mowers have been serviced and the field recently mowed.

Quarterly prize is a Horizon PT-17 BNF. This will be done a the December meeting.
Two battery boxes were awarded at this meeting. The battery caddies were by Zeke’s Park Scale Models.

Although not brought up at the meeting the FW Thunderbirds will be holding a Float Fly November 4th.
The Faclons Club will be losing their flying site until March – April of next year due to construction by the
Corp of Engineers. They have been instrumental in arranging a site for NDRCC Float Flys over the last
A motion was made to allow Falcon members to fly at our field until theirs is available. There must be a
NDRCC member present and the Falcons member must present their Falcon’s membership credentials.
